Soft Wash People Ltd is a family run business that has been set up by owner Brian Mulholland after he spotted a gap in the market for non-intrusive cleaning techniques for all outdoor surfaces. The company have established themselves as a reliable and trustworthy business and the repeat customers that the business has are only testimony to that.
After building up a successful steel fabrication business, Brian wanted to start up another company to carry out all cleaning works after seeing the benefits that soft washing can bring. He spent time and money carrying out vigorous testing of the product to make sure that Soft Wash People were able to achieve maximum results whilst cleaning customers buildings, driveways and other external surfaces.
The company has grown steadily since it was transformed and prides itself on providing a high-class service to its customers. What is Soft Washing?
Softwashing is an alternative option to pressure washing, which allows exterior surfaces to be cleaned without the potential of damage that comes with high pressure washing. Using our soft washing solution, it treats the infection of the stain and lets the cleaning solutions sanitise. This helps to kill all the mildew, algae, moss and lichens at the root, not just the surfaceleaving a longer lasting clean which is safe and damage free.

Water Conservation – soft washing uses one third of the amount of water that pressure washing uses

Using our specialist mixing equipment we can apply the correct strength of softwash mix to spray our cleaning solutions and biocides that are chosen for each job. This is a treatment that not only cleans the surface, but because the spores are killed it also prevents organic matter regrowth, producing longer lasting results.
